  These folks are embracing failure to the fullest. Had an appointment but it took over an hour to get an available service person to drop off my phone to have the broken camera replaced. Went to pick it up a couple hours later and they had broken the screen AND not replaced the camera. They won't have a screen in stock for a few days and want me to come back. I'm out of bandwidth for this noisy, pretentious place.

  We had the best experience at the Apple Store at La Cantera! I wanted to exchange my watch band, purchase a new phone, trade in my old phone, and have everything transferred and synced. It was a lot to accomplish in one afternoon, but we’re so glad we chose this location! From the very beginning, Alex took great care of us, helping us choose the right phone that fit both my needs and our budget. Then Dylan stepped in to help with my Apple Watch, which had completely run out of battery. He immediately put it on a charger while we waited for my phone purchase to be processed using the military discount. Noel took the time to teach us some really fun Apple AI photo-editing tips that we can’t wait to use. Victoria was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire syncing and transfer process, making sure everything was set up perfectly. Simon, Karla, and Ruby were absolute gems! Every single team member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. What could have been a long and overwhelming afternoon turned into one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and we left feeling completely taken care of. Thank you, Alex, Dylan, Noel, Victoria, Simon, Karla, Ruby, and the entire Apple Store La Cantera team for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, kindness, and teamwork did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Absolutely abysmal customer service. We walked in at open, and were told a tech would be right with us. Over 30 minutes later we went to ask, and were told that the appointments for the day had started and we would likely never be helped. They knew this about ten minutes after we arrived and never made any effort to tell us, nor any effort to take care of us after the fact. Disgraceful.

  I wish I can leave them zero stars !!! Don’t go here their all very rude and treated me with absolute disrespect I had an appointment to replace my phone I have a iPhone 16 and the Front and back screen was broken. I have AppleCare plus so it’s only supposed to be $109 to replace my phone. I waited an hour and a half. I walked in at 6 o’clock for my appointment. I wasn’t seen until 730 finally when I was seen, she made me log into my profile took off Find My iPhone they brough out the new phone, they handed it to me in the hand. I was getting ready to pay for it then she took it back and said we need to send it out to get tested never in my life that happened. I do not recommend this place. I asked them. Why do you need to get it tested they said they will not give me an explanation and I called the manager. He was more rude. I forgot his name, but he was just sitting there looking at me with his arms crossed that’s why I leave them to God.

  I visited the Apple Store intending to purchase an Apple Watch, but unfortunately my experience with an employee named Jack was disappointing. When I politely asked where I could find the Apple Watches, his response felt dismissive and unwelcoming. His facial expressions, eye movements, and body language gave me the impression that he was not interested in helping me. Instead of making me feel like a valued customer, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service is not only about answering questions; it is also about treating customers with respect and making them feel comfortable. I came to the store ready to make a purchase, but because of this interaction, I decided not to buy anything and left feeling disappointed. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds all employees that professionalism, courtesy, and respect are essential parts of the customer experience. A friendly attitude can make a big difference, while a negative one can drive customers away.
