  Terrible customer service. I waited 45 minutes for an older-generation phone while people who arrived after me were helped before me. Poor management and a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. Don’t waste your time here—take your business elsewhere when purchasing Apple products.

  Apple should reconsider allowing customers to schedule repair appointments if they cannot honor those appointments. We arrived at our scheduled time only to be told they were too busy to fix the phone and that we would need to come back later. When we returned a second time, we were fortunate that they weren’t “too busy” and could finally complete the repair. Overall, the process was frustrating and showed little consideration for the customer’s time.

  Very disappointing experience. We waited for an hour, and the person assisting us kept us waiting while helping other people who arrived after us. We understand that things can get busy, but we felt completely ignored and that our time was not respected. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service, we will not be returning.

  Very poor experience, surprisingly. One of the senior sale personnel was extraordinarily rude. I politely brought it to her attention as a customer feedback. The key problem was her incompetence: I specifically inquired about a feature of a new product (and its requirements in terms of the ecosystem one user should own to exploit such a feature) that I bought in the end. The answer I was given was simply wrong, as I found out later that day. In the end I bought a device I cannot fully use. I am very surprised of this bad experience (first time ever at an Apple Store)

  Bad Customer Service, they have high customer volume but process in place to deal with Customers with appointments, product inquiries only(indecisive buyers), customer who wants to buy products right away are all funneled into one long queue. Bad process, we were instructed to “wait” cause we are walk-in decisive customer and we want to buy the product already. Yet, no customer representative that was ready to help us. One customer representative I waved at, told me, “I wasn’t looking for you” and then turn his back away from me. I asked how can we be on the list so that someone later will be looking for us… the answer “I wasn’t looking for you”. We waited for the representative longer than the whole transaction of buying the ipad Mini. Wait time greater than 45 minutes. Once the representative took care of us until we left the store = less than 7 minutes. This store is busy, I understand, but seriously, you can do better in taking care of your customers. Probably your store will not be so packed if you don’t allow customers to wait longer than necessary. I will try not to buy another apple product from this store.
