  I had a very upsetting experience with this company. I called to ask about payment plan options for an old loan account, and instead of being treated professionally, I felt I was spoken to disrespectfully. The representative repeatedly told me I needed to make a payment by Friday or “legal action” would be taken, and when I asked to speak with someone above her because of how I was being treated, I was told nobody was above her and that if I called back I would get her again. During the conversation I was called “childish,” spoken to in a rude tone, laughed at, and hung up on multiple times. I understand businesses need to collect payments, but customers should still be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope management reviews how customers are handled because no one should feel belittled or mocked while trying to discuss their account.
