  The first time I took my 5lb senior Yorkie to this vet for her eye I saw Dr Smith. She was kind and solution oriented. I had already spent over 3k at Dr Nettune the eye specialist. He had prescribed 2 antibiotic drops with10 refills knowing I was hesitant about having my 13 year old baby’s eye removed. When I returned to VCA I saw a different vet for Izzy’s shots and a request to refill her eye drops. Dr. Washburn who had the most horrible bedside manner. She came out of the back all sweaty, out of breath with a totally robotic manner. No help, no smile. Rude. I’ve seen the eye specialist like 4 times. I’m not putting my little girl through that situation. I call back VCA and they were impersonal and refused to refill Izzy’s eye drops via text message. Most impersonal treatment I’ve ever received in my 66 years. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this vet. I paid them over $300 for Izzy’s vaccines. To them you’re just a number.

  Dr Washburn is so very NICE and understanding, and knowledgeable. Made me and Kitty Kat VERY comfortable with Great advice. Thank You for Everything 🙏

  I’m so grateful for the way Dr. Smith treated both of us—with compassion and gentleness. You helped give my dog a peaceful passing, and that means more to me than I can put into words. Thank you so much! ♥️

  Today was our first visit with this clinic. We came in for our yearly vaccines for our two cat. We have now found OUR vet. We found a different vet a couple years ago for our prior cat. We thought we had found our forever vet but sadly she moved to Colorado. For 2 years we’ve tried so many other places but they just don’t care. Every vet we have seen for our elderly cat, Indigo, have always dismissed her issues, but Dr. Devin Smith is the best! She was so calm and friendly. I’ve never seen my Indigo let a vet hold her let alone give her a shot! Most places they take Indigo to the back to handle her but Dr. smith did everything slowly and at Indigo’s pace. She was great at explaining and making sure we understood what was going on. All the staff was amazing! Including Lauren. She bonded so well with other cat Vincent. This office, is patient, understanding, and VERY reasonable. They are also very affordable! I have never felt so lucky to find this clinic. Thank you Dr. Smith for treating my babies like your own. We look forward for our follow up visit next month! This place is truly a blessing!

  Unfortunately our sweet chicken Penny was too sick to save with EYP but I appreciate them for getting her seen and providing relief. Thank you Dr. Smith for your kindness and advice while I cried the entire time.
