  I’ve been to this clinic twice in one week with my new kitten, and both the staff and veterinarians have been wonderful. I really appreciate that the ladies at the front desk always greet you with a smile. I’ve been to several vet offices in Rockwall, and at many of them the staff seem unhappy or miserable. A friendly smile truly goes a long way. Our first visit was for a wellness exam after adopting our kitten. A few days later, he became sick, and they were able to work us into their schedule, which we greatly appreciated. They do seem to be a little more expensive than some of the other vets in the Rockwall area, but so far, the excellent care and customer service have made it well worth it.

  The first time I took my 5lb senior Yorkie to this vet for her eye I saw Dr Smith. She was kind and solution oriented. I had already spent over 3k at Dr Nettune the eye specialist. He had prescribed 2 antibiotic drops with10 refills knowing I was hesitant about having my 13 year old baby’s eye removed. When I returned to VCA I saw a different vet for Izzy’s shots and a request to refill her eye drops. Dr. Washburn who had the most horrible bedside manner. She came out of the back all sweaty, out of breath with a totally robotic manner. No help, no smile. Rude. I’ve seen the eye specialist like 4 times. I’m not putting my little girl through that situation. I call back VCA and they were impersonal and refused to refill Izzy’s eye drops via text message. Most impersonal treatment I’ve ever received in my 66 years. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this vet. I paid them over $300 for Izzy’s vaccines. To them you’re just a number.

  Dr Washburn is so very NICE and understanding, and knowledgeable. Made me and Kitty Kat VERY comfortable with Great advice. Thank You for Everything 🙏
