  I expected quality because the reviews here were so good but honestly was disappointed. Nothing huge but a bunch of little things, the room smelled very strong of fast food when we got there, the AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night so we had to open the door to get some air. There's no coffee maker in the room which isn't terrible, they have coffee and water downstairs all day but both filters on the water were bad so the water was funky and the pancake mix for breakfast was sour so definitely not fresh. Also the elevator was a little scary, the door wouldn't stop closing even if you pushed it so we were getting on and the door started closing and wouldn't go back. Not terrible but not great...

  Great location for your electronic needs. Plenty of employees ready to assist you when you need help finding something and when you are ready to check out. Staff is friendly and generally are able to answer questions you might have. Prices are comparable to their competitors, but the knowledge the staff has is better and makes you feel assured in your purchase.

  Staff is very helpful. Store will have whatever electronics you may need and the staff is knowledgeable on how to navigate even some of the most complex aspects of the digital assistant (Samsung) setup on your cellphone.

  Alexis was really helpful with me! I had ordered a open box item marked as "Excellent" condition and went in to pick it up. Upon receiving it we come to find out it's missing the most important thing about it: the charger. Alexis was called up to the pick up area and we had a very respectful and friendly conversation about any solution that would resolve this issue. She took care of me and left me with a great impression. To any Best Buy customer reading this: please understand that being respectful and understanding at the beginning of a conversation will very likely get you done right.
