I was totally ignored by Nick in the Apple Department. Another employee acted as if he didn’t want to help me. This is why Amazon is winning, the customer experience at Best Buy has gone downhill.

Unfortunately you can no longer trust the online price on any items sold in store. Best Buy has turned their own website into an online marketplace with various sellers able to list their items for sale. I’ve seen their stores go downhill over the years but have preferred purchasing big ticket electronics in person out of precaution and security. If I see an item on sale on the Best Buy website I would like to believe that’s what it’ll be if I pick up in store.
By trying to diversify and compete with online, they are contributing to diminishing their own retail space.

I had a great experience at Best Buy. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The store was well organized, and checkout was quick and smooth. Definitely a go-to spot for electronics.
