  I've been bringing my cats here since 2020, and it's the exceptional staff that keeps me coming back. Tammy is truly outstanding, and the rest of the team is wonderful as well. Tammy shows extra affection for Coco and treats her as if she were her own. That level of care means a lot to me, especially as prices rise everywhere and veterinary clinics change ownership. It’s reassuring to know my pets are treated like family, not just another client. Kyla is always so friendly and clearly loves Coco each time we visit. Monty patiently answers my many questions, both in person after Coco’s appointments and through messages in the MyVCA app. I appreciate how much she adores Coco and how kind she is to her. I know pet care costs are rising, but the staff here always provides me with cost options. Often, before I even ask. That attentiveness, along with their consideration of Coco’s previous care plans, means a lot to me. Thank you as well to Dr. Sager and Dr. Diaz for consistently being there for Coco, keeping me informed, and patiently answering all my questions. Especially as we navigate her hyperthyroidism and kidney disease. They've never once pushed me onto the Care+ plan for Coco, and honestly I am now considering it because of how many tests she's going to be going through.

  Super fast, nice, and straightforward! Easy to make appointments and genuinely cared about my animal from the front desk to the back rooms.

  Genuinely such warm and caring people. You can tell they love animals and this isn’t just a job to them. Our sweet girl will definitely be a regular here.

  I thoroughly enjoy visiting NPAH; Tammy is amazing, Kyla is super warm, friendly and funny, and my tech Monty was fun, down to earth, and patient with mysuper finicky dachshund! I will say to the negative reviews bashing them about pricing snd unnecessary testings… they do not set the prices, and any vaccine and preventative testing IS necessary if you want your pet to live their best life healthily. Vet med today is expensive, but the staff does not make what they deserve on the prices set.

  I have been going to VCA off Legacy for just about two years and I cannot say enough great things about them. I took one of my cats to them who was ill (kidney disease) and she was treated as if she was their own fur baby. She recently passed away, but when I got my latest baby, I never doubted where I wanted to take her for care. When I see posts asking about where someone should take their fur babies in the North Dallas/Plano/Frisco area, I always recommend VCA and specifically the Legacy location if it makes sense. I appreciate each member of their team and the work they do. To the VCA Legacy staff, thank you for always giving your love to the animals who are in your care.
