My father and I went in to shop for cell service and had the worst experience in customer service. We were helped by a younger boy. I believe his name was Cody from what I saw on the receipt. He appeared to be lounging on a bench with his feet up and greeted us from there. We asked for Spanish and he rudly said he didn't speak Spanish. I could tell the frustration he had and kept raising his voice when we inquired for service and a phone. We finally were able to get through the process and weren't offered any protection and he seemed to talk really negative about the company. I will not be coming back to this location and will be reaching out to corporate about my experience there with him. Another thing was that the whole time we were there being help we couldn't help but notice that it stunk really bad near the computer area.
