  I had a great experience at Cricket! Ashley and Alyssa were both very helpful and did a great job explaining everything to me. They made sure I got everything I wanted, installed my screen protector and case, and even informed me about how I could save money by enrolling in AutoPay. They were friendly, patient, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend them!

  (Repost From Cricket Wireless HQ Google Review) Terrible customer service ! Switched to another company yesterday 09/21/2026 due to being double billed and extremely rude on customer service so called tech support. Corporate stores will not handle any billing issues or to cancel service over the phone or in person. $300 spent essentially from double bill and switching to new company. If you have Cricket Wireless or thinking about signing up with them, leave and stay away at all costs. Was a 4 year customer of Cricket Wireless (absurd name by the way). They use At&at not their own. Would be nice to get a refund back from the extra billing charge. P.S Originally activated service 4 years ago at Pecos, Texas store; location was fairly new at the time. Higher ups in Brookhaven Georgia need to understand you can’t keep having policies such as we can’t say at the store level when a person calls for information, your competitor I switched to has no problem with that. Because something happened in the past doesn’t mean it has to be different, your loss not mine.

  I want to say I had the most amazing experience i definitely would recommend cricket and the person that gave us an outstanding experience her name was grace definitely would have her help me out again. She has the most amazing customer service. 10/10. 🥰
