  Esperando a que abran 10:30 11/22/24 gente que trabaja y tiene su tiempo limitado, no vengan y ahorren su mal disgusto!! Solo recibirán una respuesta programada de cricket diciendo que lo lamenta!! Cricket Ustedes son el significado de tienes por lo que pagas!! Precios bajos, servicio y atención son un asco!! Tanto en tienda como en llamada!!

  Terrible customer service, woman with terrible attitude. I didn't have my ID with me and they didn't let me pay for my line! since when did cricket ask for ID to pay for a line?!!! in Odessa they never ask for it!

  Horrible customer service and the agents who work here know less about their service and plans than I do. And forget trying to get ahold of anyone by phone. They don't answer and the mailbox is full. This is not a good way to run a business.
