- SKStephanie Kay2 days ago1.0I had an appointment scheduled for 5:20pm. I called at 5 and said I would be 15 minutes late due to heavy traffic. They refused to accommodate me and was told i need to reschedule. Not great customer service.
- JFJeffery FisherAug 4, 20261.0I get the feeling that everytime someone posts a negative review, the company always uses the most generic response to apologize for bad experiences. Nothing about their apologies feel authentic, I can have the worst experience and they can just tell me: “good morning! We’re sorry about your experience… we aim to make sure visitors…”. Then they’ll send me an email to reply to and never look at my response.
- AQAlex QuirozJul 30, 20261.0Don’t let them examine your dog before they ask for consent, otherwise you’re paying a vet $90 to use a stethoscope. I got a call saying my dog was due for rabies and scheduled an appointment in august. There was a mix up so I had to go today instead. The doctor comes in and uses a stethoscope to check my dog and his scrotum. She tells me his rabies is due in September but we can go ahead and do it now. So it’s not a 1 year rabies shot, it’s more like a 10 months rabies shot. The vet hands me the bill and one of the charges is a (Exam/Consultation) which cost $90!!!! More than the rabies shot! Which was $40!! I wouldn’t have agreed to the exam if I knew it cost $90 but they made up some excuse saying that I had to pay it. I didn’t want to make a scene and be a Karen so I agreed to pay. Never coming back here again. By the way, that’s not mentioning the $484.55 bill. Tried getting me to pay for a bunch of miscellaneous stuff even though I was only there for his rabies shot. If you’re only coming here for rabies shots, make sure you DONT let them examine your dog, make sure they ask for consent and ask how much it costs for a doctor to use a stethoscope.
