  Purchased an open box TV and Rudy, Everett, and Andrew took extra time and care to make sure it was packaged securely and came with everything it needed to work right after I brought it home! The best Best Buy ever!

  Compared to the Sugarland location this one looks like it's months from closing down. Very limited selection. Depressing.

  I received quality installation of a dashcam in my car at this location. They were so nice and helpful in providing me with a quality SD card and even took it a step further by pushing my husband who was in a wheel chair to our car when they were done. I'll go back here for all my future installations.

  Its like impossible to spend money on site, i went into the store trying to buy some earbuds but couldnt find a employee anywhere so i ordered from the website for pick up. That was smooth

  Yesterday we went out into the world in pursuit of a refrigerator for our new home. After several disappointing experiences at the other Big Box stores, we found our way to Best Buy in Pearland Tx., We were assisted in our purchase by extremely knowledgeable young man in the appliance department by the name of Elijah. When I say knowledgeable, I mean he seemed to really know everything we needed to know about every refrigerator on the floor. This experience through Elijah was so refreshing after our experiences elsewhere. I'm positive this young man has a brilliant future ahead of him, no matter what his future holds. If you need an appliance go check out Best Buy in Pearland and ask for Elijah.
