  Everyone was awesome, they helped me get the medical papers ready for my girls to travel since we are moving out of the country. My girls traveled with no issues, thank you!! :)

  My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. The only positive aspect was Dr. Goble, who clearly cares about animals and, by all appearances, genuinely cared for my senior dog, Texi. She often spoke about how much she adored her, which made what happened afterward especially hurtful. Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk staff were the complete opposite. On two separate occasions, I called in a panic because Texi was experiencing a medical emergency. Instead of receiving empathy or assistance, I was laughed at by Lennon, hung up on by Lennon and Destiny, and even asked by Destiny if I wanted to “take it to the parking lot to sort it out.” Those interactions were shocking and completely unacceptable, especially from employees who are often the first point of contact for worried pet owners. When people call a veterinary clinic during an emergency, they are scared, emotional, and looking for guidance. Compassion, professionalism, and basic customer service should be the minimum expectation. Instead, I was met with hostility and disrespect, which only added to an already devastating situation. Sadly, my experience became even more disappointing when Texi passed away. Dr. Goble had repeatedly expressed how much she adored Texi, so I genuinely expected that her passing would at least warrant some acknowledgment. There was no phone call, no message, no condolence, and no outreach of any kind from Dr. Goble or the clinic regarding Texi’s death. After everything we had been through, that silence was incredibly hurtful. I understand that veterinarians care for many animals and families, but when a doctor repeatedly expresses how much she loves a particular patient, you naturally believe that patient mattered to her. Texi was not just a patient, she was my family and a huge part of my life for nearly 13 years. The complete lack of acknowledgment after her death left me feeling that the compassion I had seen from Dr. Goble did not extend to me when I needed it most. Ultimately, this experience changed the way I view this clinic. What should have been a place where I felt confident bringing my beloved dog instead became an experience marked by disrespect, disappointment, and, in the end, profound hurt. I can only hope the clinic takes a serious look at how it treats both its clients and the families who entrust their pets to its care.
