Also she didnt. Even want to access my account and said I should call assurion if I have insurance I said why don't you call them from your line I clearly don't have a working phone she said she couldn't do that . She said her name was Karen and she was the manager I highly doubt that a manager would treat customers that way also was told not to come back this was the worst customer service I've ever had and the manager should be taught how to treat customers and go above and beyond for a person that is clearly in need . I would never go back .
