  Went to get my mother PH checked out, she couldn't receive or make oh calls. After we were told from another cricket store and customer service that her phone would not be affected by the switch/network update. And apparently her phone was. Was sold an slightly newer Samsung. A03 but I felt they didn't seem to care about the customer, I had to pay $200 for a phone that cost $119 online (found out after the fact) but I was getting a deal, because it came with a pH case, screen protector, speaker (which lights up lol) and 1 month free insurance (that I have to call before the month is up to cancel or I'll be charged for it next month). When asked if they could just keep all that extra (my mother is 70+ yes old and don't need all that) and just take it off the price I was told no, because it's a bundle and they way they sell the phones. I thought it was not right. But my mother needed the phone. And it was already late for me to go to another store or by online and have to wait. However, the gentleman that took care of me, was very nice, friendly and apologetic. He did his job and eas very kid and patient, I think his name was Alfredo. Thanks for taking care of me and being upfront about all that was going on with the phone and your network at the time.

  The ONLY good thing about Cricket are their prices. It took 7 hours to get any information about my warranty for a broken phone stylus. Warranty app, Cricket app, trip to the store, every 1800 Cricket number and warranty number... And still no resolve. The final verdict for warranty was a $75 deductible and they'd send me a new phone. I couldn't justify a $75 stylus. I told this to the Cricket rep on the phone who was supposed to send me to warranty to see if I could just get my stylus and she abruptly hung up on me instead. None... NONE of the personnel were informative or seemed that knowledgeable. Also. This phone was an upgrade which was an awesome deal but the warranty NEVER got transferred to Asurion Warranty which created another big headache. I've been with Cricket for awhile now but after this, when all is said and done, there's a pretty good chance I'm going somewhere else.

  Was a line formed when my buddy and I went in to purchase a new phone. We waited a good lil while but never complained about it. At the end the manager felt it in himself to offer a free gift for being kool about it. Thanx man!
