  I went yesterday to pay my bill and yes I enjoy going on to pay my bill in person but NOT today. I explained to Miranda I came in yesterday to pay but the office was closed at 532p . I drove back after grocery shopping Thinking they might have had to run an errand or grab dinner. I explained to her that I shouldn't be penalized the$5 late fee for them not holding up there end of" operating hours". Miranda said she can't help me and that I have to call 611 which I'm doing now and wait time said 9 minutes for me to chat with a live representative Then Miranda also charged me $5 customer service fee!! Now that is HILARIOUS! customer non service. I've never had this problem with the nice gentleman that is always there when I come in to pay. We'll see how crickets 611 customer service department deals with this situation. I don't understand how squeezing $5 technically $10 out of a long time customer is justified!?! I just got off the phone with Andrea from 611 and she was alot more professional than Miranda at the store by 💯% However, I'm still debating if I should continue service with cricket because all they are doing is giving me a$5 credit on my next bill. But what happens if I decide to change service providers? CONCLUSION~ the following month I CLOSED my account
