- TRT R5 days ago1.0I bought a Samsung Galaxy A17 Cellphone within a month it wasn't working right. The phone had bad connection and your calls being dropped. Then after all of that the charging post messed up and I couldn't charge my phone anymore. Then I got a replacement through the Samsung Warranty Department and I found out through them that they don't send out new phones only refurbished ones. So I received my phone and on the same day couldn't connect my WiFi to it. So now I am having to send that one back and wait on another again. And by the way make sure that you have a backup phone because they don't supply you with one. So if you buy a Samsung phone make sure you get the protection plan so if you have a problem with it then you would probably be able to get a new replacement phone.
