I first brought my puppy here in April 2025, and they made me sign a supposed one-year contract costing nearly $100. Everything was going fine until November 2025, when my puppy got sick—he was passing bloody stool and needed to be seen as soon as possible. I contacted them, and they told me they didn't have room for my puppy and that I had to find another clinic; so, that is what I did. Now, they’ve sent a debt collector after me. They are terrible—don't come here or waste your money, because when you actually need them, they just tell you to find another clinic.

- LLLizzyJun 13, 20261.0They are kind but I think some staff need to be trained more. I recently had to put my best friend down a couple months ago. It was pretty traumatic because they kept messing up on the needle and gave her too low of a dosage of sedative and had to inject her 3 times making her terrified. I’ve had to say goodbye to 2 dogs this way before but I’ve never had it so drawn out. I’ve previously said goodbye to my childhood dog here too and it was a lot quicker plus painless. They are great in everything else I’ve seen but this was my experience.
