I’ve purchased two bikes in the last month and if it wasn’t for my kids absolutely loving them I would have returned them by now. No one greets you when you walk in and every time I need something I have to approach the counter and literally ask “can I get some help? What bike does my child need? Can I check out now?” It’s the strangest thing. When I brought my concerns to Sebastian today he proceeded to argue with me and basically said “that’s not what happened”, my husband was like “we’re trying to tell you that this has been our experience and you are basically telling us that it’s not”. I’m disappointed because this is not the Trek way of treating customers. I literally saw Sebastian walk to the back and start talking about me while my husband and I were in the store, I was insulted and had to walk out. What kind of manager speaks ill of a customer who can see them? We will be finding somewhere else to have our bikes serviced going forward and will not be purchasing anything else from this store.

I went there to take my bicycle in for brake maintenance and to have the handlebars adjusted since they had moved a bit, and they simply told me they couldn’t do it and that I should call the bike brand so they could repair it instead. On top of that, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. That same day, I went to another shop called Electric Bike, and the guy there treated me extremely well. He checked my bike, performed the proper maintenance, and provided excellent customer service. Because of this, I do not recommend this location at all—terrible service. It’s much better to go to the other Electric Bike shop, where they treat customers far better.
