  Mexican lady absolutely horrible. Didn’t know what she was doing and was forcibly trying to make my husband pay a fee she couldn’t tell us what for. Couldn’t pull out their policy showing the extra $25 fee she was trying to charge him for. She tried to tell him he was on another plan which he wasn’t. He log into his account and showed her and she shrugs her shoulders. If you don’t know how to do your job please just leave. Trying to scam people out their money is ridiculous and should have this store and employee investigated. Also I had another cricket rep on the phone who was trying to communicate with her because she also didn’t see what the employee was seeing and was also confused on where the employee was getting the extra $25 from. The employee was extremely dismissive and seem like she takes extra money from anyone that comes in. I never heard of a in store fee just to reactivate your phone. Doesn’t state that anywhere on the website or link I mean considered he never been charge to pay his bill in store out of the 5 years of him having an account. She is very suspicious

  I have being a customer for over a decade and never had an issue with the service. Yet just recently purchased a new device that was defective within the 7 days the company gives to get refund or exchange the store was notified about the issue. They blew me off and now they want to give me a remanufactor phone to replace my new device.
