I go in to buy a phone and watch and warrenty and and get talked into warrenty and best buy credit card. Which I did not want only took it because of perks and guess what I was lied too. Never got rewards and I called in and they said rewards were expired and salesperson told me they never do. Totally feel scammed. Don't buy at this store.

I have been trying to resolve this issue since November 2025, and I keep being told the phone is “lost,” despite the fact that I have all receipts as proof of the return. This is not my responsibility. I will not pay for an item that was returned and mishandled on your end. I expect these charges to be removed immediately and the issue resolved without further delay.
