Do not take your iPhone for apple support. There is a guy there who subjectively rates the physical aspect of the phone. Then decides it is damaged and refuses to change his mind even with objective data. I am not sure if they get compensation but they will charge you despite apple care.
He claims my phone is bent and demands physical damage payment. Here is the picture be the judge yourself.

Was sent to Geek Squad to get my Apple Watch glass repaired. The person at the counter said it would not cost me anything. I finally received a week and a half later saying my watch is repaired and j need to schedule a pick up. I go to pick it up, and nothing has been done- they now wanted $324 to fix the glass on my phone.
