I am excited to share that I am now a resident here. Before moving in I made sure to read all of the reviews dated from present to the past. (I am not even kidding.) The reviews for this apartment complex are half and half. Some spewed about the apartment not having great parking. Some spewed about the apartment complex having rude front desk workers. And some spewed about not getting approved because of their past. Here is the thing. It is all experience based and placed. The other "half and half "of the comments were sharing how some of them had/have been living here for years now and how it is a nice apartment complex with so much to offer. The other half also shared how the front desk workers treated them kindly and with respect. And then some shared truthfully how the process is a headache, but that if you do what you need to do in order to get accepted, it is worth it.
Beyonce was the one to help me with the quote process, the questions process, and even the Verifast process. I called her several times on her work phone number due to bumping into problems during the Verifast process. But that woman helped me everyday until it finally was fixed. She helped me email the customer service at Verifast, she picked up every single call, and she was patient with me every step of the way.
I did not take advantage of her help, and I did what I needed to do. So her receptiveness towards helping me was on the ball and genuine.
Some people who have left a bad review on this apartment complex are bitter people who did not get accepted, people who misinterpreted their bad energy towards the workers as the workers being "mean" to them for no reason, or because "they are better" than the apartment complex.
Yes, there are people who had a terrible experience here and meant everything they said. But situationally speaking, as typed before. It is experience based.
I had a good experience with Beyonce. Truly. I realize "it's her job", but she did not have to help me the way she did. But she did. Patience is a virtue, and she had it with me heavily.
If you are trying to move in here, make sure you seek as much help throughout the process that you can, do not procrastinate the process, do not become lazy during the process, and do not project negative energy onto the front desk people if the process becomes "too difficult" for you. They are here to help you, but do not take advantage of their help. You get what you put in.
Side Review: Juan helped me as well. The day he took my call, he sounded busy. But he stayed on the phone with me until he was able to help me due to Beyonce having the day off. He let Beyonce know about everything that was going on so that way she could keep helping me.
(Once I have lived here longer, of course I will leave a review of what my time here has been like. All transparency, no lies.)
