  I visited this Cricket Wireless location around 9:49 a.m. on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, to make a simple phone bill payment. There was only one employee working at the time. The experience was frustrating. I provided my ID when asked, but I was then told I also needed to provide my account PIN just to process a basic payment. I explained that I was only there to pay my bill and was not making any changes to my account, but I was still not given a clear explanation of why the PIN was required or whether there was another way to complete the payment. Because I was not comfortable sharing my PIN, I was unable to complete the transaction. I ended up leaving without paying my bill there. I would have appreciated clearer communication and a more straightforward process for handling a simple payment.

  We just purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max here at the Mansfield store, and John and Christopher helped us every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. We’re not great with technology but they treated us with respect and kindness - probably better than our son would have 🙂. Highly recommend!
