- JKJamie King4 days ago1.0Wow... this was the absolute worst customer experience I've ever had by far. We walked into an empty shop and she seemed really annoyed by our presence from the start when she came to the front. She literally groaned and said "ugh... what do you mean?" when we had the most basic questions. She told us the price on the chart and said we could get an extra $5 off if we paid in advance. My husband pointed out that the chart said that the price already included that discount and she was so annoyed, I had to back him up to get her to read the chart again and see she was wrong. She was working at 5:30 on May 16th if the boss wants to know who it was. She didn't have a nametag. We finally just walked out and decided to try a different location.

She was so bothered that she had to get up off her stool to help somebody. She couldn't even answer a simple question without smarting off. We left and went to the location on Frank Street.
