  I really wanted to bring this thing into notice, They humiliated me a lot today. They treated me like I’m not a human being at all, Veronica, Stephanie. I want cricket company to take action against them. I saw promotion online for iPhone 16e my husband already had a line with cricket and we wanted to port out our other line from metro to cricket and get this promotion. I came to one store they helped me to port two of my numbers from metro to cricket and suggested to add 2 more lines so we can get the family plan over here as previously I used to have with metro, I called my family they agreed then the rep said they don’t have inventory and I need to go to the different store. I drive 10 mins to that store, The Manager named Veronica, Told me I’m scammer for what? Because we knew the deal that was advertising online? And we just wanted to get the deal not to get the accessories? Even though we are paying 2 months of advance bills ? what was our fault because we were not buying accessories from them the same accessories we can get it from Amazon on lesser price? I’ll move back to metro at least they respect the customer. We all are moving back to metro next month. They disrespected us a lot. Another thing, adding insurance without our consent? why? We don’t want that? This is totally unacceptable! They lost our business. At least have some kind of decency to talk to the customer. I hope the experience that I faced today nobody else had that. Literally.

  This Cricket wireless store at 7301 University Avenue is really great. We have been Cricket customers since 2011, and the service has always been great. Kept the same $35 a month plan and never pressured into paying more. The store professionals give great, fast service. Had the new Samsung A36 5G phone ready quickly, transferring all the info from the previous phone for us. When they were out of the new 45Watt fast chargers because they sell so many, they quickly called another close store and had it available for us to pick up immediately. A Real Dedicated Team.

  Nope ! The younger lady is rude and thought she knew the cellular world. However when you face off with someone who retired from at&t tech department they tend to make your bs sales pitch a lie! Know your products and services if you do not know what a Wapp setting is get on your training modules. New lines (5) purchased at Target, at least they knew what they were doing!
