  I seriously cannot put into words how wonderful the entire staff at VCA is!! My baby, Wall-E, had a urinary blockage, and they immediately jumped into action and took such amazing care of him. From Emily at the front desk, to all of the incredible techs who were so patient, gentle, and kind with my baby, to Dr. Sanchez, who helped my boyfriend and me come up with a game plan to tackle the issue as cost-effectively as possible while still making sure Wall-E received the proper care he needed — every single person we encountered was amazing. Dr. Sanchez and the entire VCA staff will forever hold a special place in my heart for taking such great care of Wall-E and working with us through an incredibly stressful weekend. They were compassionate, understanding, and truly made us feel like Wall-E was in the best hands possible. If you are ever dealing with an emergency involving your pet, I cannot recommend VCA enough. Everyone here truly cares deeply about animals, and it shows in the way they treat both their patients and their families. A huge shoutout to the entire staff — you guys are amazing and deserve the world! Thank you for everything you did for Wall-E and for helping us get through such a scary emergency. We will forever be grateful. ❤️🐈‍⬛

  The entire VCA Animal Emergency Hospital Southeast staff was wonderful. Everyone was extremely compassionate and kind during a very upsetting time with our very sick dog. I highly recommend them.

  I brought my best friend of 17 years, Mia, to VCA on what I knew would be one of the hardest days of my life. From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the receptionist to the veterinary technician and the doctor—treated us with incredible kindness, love, and compassion. They handled such a painful experience with gentleness and supported both me and my family every step of the way. I will never forget the care they showed Mia and all of us during such a difficult time. I would give this clinic 100 stars if I could. Should I ever decide to welcome another dog into my life, I would trust VCA with all of their veterinary needs Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us and our sweet Mia. You truly are the best.

  Staff here is great. They are as helpful as they can be and thorough. Prices are normal for vet services.

  Horrible horrible experience with them, we had our dog sitting there waiting for two hours to get him attended with fever and crying on pain, someone finally came out to tell us we can’t take care of him right now, we literally were on the waiting list and they were taking other dogs before us. “They weren’t in critical conditions or big emergencies other wise we would understand it. They literally will let your dog die.
