  I added a new line and the phone didn’t want to work they swapped it 2 times and nothing worked the rep told me it was my account supposedly that the phone worked, how is the phone working if it doesn’t get the line, and when I asked for a refund they said that Mobil link doesn’t do refunds for the free devices, how am I going to be charged activation and a monthly fee for a phone that didn’t work im being robbed basically
