  Recientemente me cambié a esta compañía y en este local precisamente, muy amable la señorita que me atendió y pues hasta regalos de bienvenida me tocó, ella si me dio muchas opciones para el cambio de metro a esta compañía telefónica, y me atendió mejor que otros establecimientos de la misma empresa…

  I added a new line and the phone didn’t want to work they swapped it 2 times and nothing worked the rep told me it was my account supposedly that the phone worked, how is the phone working if it doesn’t get the line, and when I asked for a refund they said that Mobil link doesn’t do refunds for the free devices, how am I going to be charged activation and a monthly fee for a phone that didn’t work im being robbed basically

  Bought my new phne at cricket at Mall Del Norte. Customer Representative - Laura help me n serviced my phone on fri. Came back on Sat due to work my new phone n had so many issues. Laura was able to help n fixed all my problems. Thank you Laura n would highly recommend Choosing this Cricket outlet for their attention n service. Have a great wknd.
