  Terrible experience I had today I wanted to activate a phone for my daughter when the transaction was about to be finished. The girl told me with all new activations you get this new charger which I thought it was good, but it was too good to be true once he charged my card and I noticed it was gonna be $94 so when did the activations get too expensive and I asked her for a receipt and she goes we don’t give out receipts so you have to give a receipt. I need to see a breakdown of what you’re charging me for and she hesitated so much to give me a receipt. She finally text me one when I started looking at it. She charged me for the item that she told me it was gonna be for free since I activate a new line and she would not take the item back because I told her if you charge him for it I don’t want it. You told me it was gonna be free. It came with the activation, and I even showed on the receipt where it says at the bottom that you have seven days to take it back it hasn’t been even more than a second, she’s the one who forced it on me. I did not want it. She told me it was for free for the free activate when the activation and she pretended to go to the back to talk to her manager, I said well I wanna talk to her. I said well we don’t take refunds on accessories. It hasn’t been no more than a second that you try to sell it on me and it says right here on the receipt that there are seven days and I didn’t want it in the beginning if you were gonna tell me, you were gonna charge me for it so now I have to do a dispute with my credit card and show the receipt where it says at the bottom because I guess sales are sold that bad that she tries to force people to buy things with lies last time I go to that store for anything and that used to be my favorite store

  I want to connect a new line for my daughter when we’re about to be finished the girl that was connecting. The phone tells us what the new activations were given the new customers this car charger and I thought it was great and then when she went to go, tell me the total which she came out to $94 for a connection. OK give me a receipt so I can see the breakdown why are you charging me $94 for the connection and she went ahead and like we don’t get receipts it hasn’t been working in a long time that’s hard so what can you send me one through the email? What you or a screenshot from what you have and she would be hesitant to even show me a receipt. She finally sent me one through the text message. I was looking at it and the item that she’s telling me that I’m getting for free she’s charging me for it. I don’t want it. You told me it was gonna be for free. I don’t want it. Give me the money give me the refund back I said no she said no because it’s an accessory and we don’t get refund accessories. I said it’s already sealed. It’s right here and she wouldn’t refuse. She refused to give me a refund so now I have to put a dispute and looking at the receipt at the bottom it says that you have seven days but even though it’s something that I never even wanted that she offered because it was a new activation, but she was trying to pull a fast one and she and I told her I want to talk to her manager. She pretended to go to the back to talk to the manager and she told me no accessories we don’t take them back but it’s something that you say you was gonna get for free real bad experience. I’ve always gone to that store because one of my favorite stores, but not no more, especially that there was the first time that I ever heard that they wouldn’t want to give you a receipt so you could see the breakdown now I have to waste my time and actually go talk to the actual manager of the manager doesn’t want to give me the money back for something that we didn’t even want. I have to put a dispute with the credit card and it says right there on the actual receipt that I pulled out from the Cricket that you have seven days for even something that we didn’t even want.

  Terrible service! An employee named Leslie along with the manager were so rude. They didn't want to help us at all.
