- KFkristy fosterMay 23, 20261.0I would give no stars if I could. I went into this Cricket Wireless store because my phone service was suspended even though I had already made my payment. The experience was terrible from the moment I walked in. First thing I noticed was the music blasting so loud I could barely hear the employee during our conversation. I stood there for over a minute before anyone even acknowledged me, and when the rep finally did, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to explain what happened with my account or offering any real customer service, she gave short answers and had an attitude the entire time. She told me to call 611 because she couldnt help. Very unprofessional environment overall. Customers should not feel ignored or disrespected when they come in needing help with their service. I left more frustrated than when I arrived. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store.
