  Very slow did not get my problem solve the MANAGER is horrible and daisy does not know what she is talking about they need to get someone in and re train everyone. While I was there I seen mayb 4 customer walk out in 30 min

  Cricket is normally good friendly staff they were friendly this time went to upgrade my phone and the guy jafet had a heavy accent gave me wrong numbers told me wrong pricess and charged me for stuff he told me was included. All in all was not my best experience at this location. Did not honor the prices from Cricket.com

  Staff is in need of serious training! We were there for 3 hours, and nothing got accomplished! All we wanted to do was add a line with the promo that was displayed literally all over the store, and not one employee, or the extremely condescending and rude rude manager Gabriel could do anything to get get it done. Terrible performance and I really hope they get it together for the people of Kerrville. You all deserve better, and I know corporate would not be happy with this blight on their name. Every person we saw come and go left wanting, frustrated, and disappointed. Do better, take some pride in what you do even if you wear an attitude that shows you hate it, and be honest with your customers. To the manager, never escalate a situation with a disgruntled customer Gabriel. That is day one management training. Please learn and understand your position. It is your job to make sure your employees can do theirs. Their inability to do so, says it all about your management credentials, and you should be immediately demoted or replaced, respectfully sir.

  Omg !!! Bridget Maria and Jafet are the freaking best !!! Had so much trouble with progressive leasing!!! And they were so kind and so very patient very helpful we had to deal with progressive for like 2 hours!!! Cricket -kerrville has the best crew
