  The Associate was very helpful. He took the time to fix the issues on my lines and did not rush on it even thoe it was 15 till closing time.

  I had a bad experience with the general man at kenedy store. He didn't want to help me with my phone. Don't know his name. Can you do something about it .

  Tengo la peor experiencia de esta tienda fui por unos teléfonos y joe y Estefanía estaban hay y ella por estar platicando afuera con Esquivel un hombre y fumando el joe el señor de adentro por uno no saver español me echo de la tienda y yo tengo los videos grabados desde que comenzó a peliar y a correrme y el no me quiso atender y la maniger me dijo m grabes nada y vete golia a pura maniguana ella horrible

  I am wanting to give this store a 5 star review based on the amazing customer service Ive received here. The manager Joe is a genius at repairing and providing helpful information when it comes to cellular devices. I thought my phone was toast but he spent 15 minutes reconfiguring my phones settings and it works perfectly now. This guy is very knowledgeable and professional.

  Very dissatisfied and disappointed with how my husband and I were treated at this location. We are from out of town and needed a new phone for my husband’s work . Manager ” Joe “ was very rude over the phone , denied him to purchase a new device . He Was not helpful at all he even hung up on me instead of giving me information I needed. Never have spoken with a cricket salesman or manager that unprofessional.
