  Customer service rep. Luna has given myself and my mother who are cricket customers, exceptional service, and has gone beyond the Call of duty. We totally appreciate this young man for de stressing what was a difficult and impossible phone. I highly recommend this individual and thank you Cricket! Awesome service!

  Walked in to try and make a payment but the lady was too busy explaining to a customer for 20 minutes about switching a phone could’ve took 2 minutes to help me out especially since he was just in there repeating the same question for 20 minutes
