  I had a wonderful experience with this team. Trinidad checked me in clearly and thoroughly explaining how my Dell laptop’s problems would be addressed and how the repair attempt would progress. He then told me the benefits of a Best Buy Total Yearly Membership. I immediately signed up and saved $700 on this first repair. Ernesto was the technician who performed the repair to a computer I had feared would need replacement. He left me detailed messages about the work he was doing. At pickup, he sat with me and showed me exactly what he had done. It was necessary to reinstall my operating system, and he completed a few initial items, to ease my work. Ernesto and Trinidad were both respectful, professional, and attentive to my needs. I appreciated the clarity of the explanations giving me total understanding.

  My computer needed a hard drive replaced. Two days later, my computer was returned to me as good as new. When I booted it up, everything was just as I had it prior to a SSD failure. The Geek Squad at the Hurst/North East Mall store were friendly and did a great job.

  Hello all. Where to start?... First I now know them by name and that's not a good thing. If you're a sadomasochist and like punishing yourself go ahead, run in, and spin that wheel chief! Incompetence is actually a compliment to the team of safe space millennial gaggle of (insert work that means idiot). I would actually place a sizable bet monkeys beating laptops with stick could accomplish a more satisfying result and let's just keep it real, at least with a chimp the outcome is more predictable. Instead of using GS to self mutilate, save your money and simply bang your head against a brick wall. The bloodstains will prove you were there, which is more than I can say for the GS team and their insipid desire to reconfirm who i am at each lovely visit. Take your defective (brand new 1600 machine) and toss it in the recycle bin and buy a new one. You'll thank me later. Cheers interwebers.... My work here is done...
