- AGAyse GurpinarApr 28, 20263.0The customer service is good bcuz there r enough sales people but a few customers. It is below average when it comes to the knowledge of the sales people. If i wouldnt do my homework, i doubt if sales guys had anything to contribute. Last 2 weeks I bought 2 tv's, 2 tv wall holders & pair of washer dryer. Spent lots of money. They also charge a lot for delivery & set up. I think shopping from Costco is a better deal. I may go there for the remaining purchases.
- DKDale KyserApr 19, 20261.0Sorry poor customer service, first took a while to get someone to help then our help couldn't work the display TV we wanted to look at , we decide on the cheaper TV and can't get that have to order it so go back to the more expensive one, decide on delivery its free so why not , sure its free but its two days from now and delivery window is 7 to 7 yes a 12 hour window time , so let's go back to picking it ourselves, so then salesperson starts telling us how we have to care the TV, this experience was just frustrating, wanted/needed a TV and at every turn the service fought us from timing to not able to work with us what happened to customer service being first , Didn't get the TV and when I said just cancel it he just was ok , not can I get a manger for you or how can I make this work no just a simple OK TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETER
