  My pets have been coming here since 3 months old and have always had top quality service. Recently i took them to be groomed on a weekday and after picking them up found out that one of my boxers had a bad rash and ear infection. i called Spring Branch in a panic wirried about my dog and without an appointment htye told me to bring them in. When i got there they took them right in to se their Dr, Dr Grana. She assessed him and gave me the medicine he needed. He is back to being his happy energetic self. Thank Guys

  Great service, and communication. I love how they don’t stop the service after I leave the hospital. They always make sure to check up on my pet a few days after the visit. So far I had a great experience working with VCA, highly recommend. Great staff and Dr. Clemmenson has taken the best care of my pet!

  I am extremely disappointed with how VCA Animal Hospital - Spring Branch has handled a billing issue involving a disconnect between the VCA Hospital and VCA CareClub. I was sent to collections for a bill that I should not have been responsible for because the service was covered under my plan. This issue has now gone unresolved for more than a year and a half, despite numerous phone calls and repeated assurances from hospital staff that it had been taken care of. Unfortunately, it was not taken care of. The account went to collections and ultimately caused my credit score to drop by approximately 30 points. What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability and follow-through. I was told VCA Care Club would waive the charge "as a courtesy," but this was not a courtesy issue. I should not have been charged in the first place. The claim was not handled appropriately, and there was also a significant breakdown in communication from the business office. I repeatedly followed up and relied on VCA's assurances that the matter had been resolved. After more than a year and a half, I am still dealing with the consequences of an issue I did not create. The doctor has always been very sweet, and I have had positive experiences with the clinical staff, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the billing experience, lack of communication, and impact on my credit have damaged my trust in VCA, and I will be moving my pet's care to another location. I hope VCA takes this seriously--not simply by removing the charge, but by correcting the collections reporting and addressing the damage this has caused to my credit. I was assured, again, that this will be resolved within a month. Let's hope this credible.
