  Dr knight was more than incredible. Friendly, funny, extremely professional and great with both our French bulldogs. We travelled all the way from Canada and are relocating to Costa Rica. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable getting us on the right track. We had a rough couple of days and the dogs were stuck in a vehicle for 3 days and they loved him. His staff and coworkers are all incredible also the vet technician was so friendly and great with our dogs and very friendly. Every person we had talked to at the front desk went out of their way to help us out and not get frustrated with us calling 3-4 times checking up on the appointment. Not a single soul in this establishment deserves anything less than 5 stars ! Thank you to everyone that made us feel at home and comfortable during this difficult move. God bless !!

  We took our cat in because they accept walk ins and my normal vet couldn't see him right away. It took 3 hours from time we got there until we left but we were a walkin so cant complain about that too much. They confirmed he didn't have a urinary blockage, but suggested a lot of lab work. The labs (blood and urine) were over $600 to do, which was way more expensive than I've ever been charged for blood work. We went ahead because we wanted to see what was causing his symptoms right away. That was September 19th. It is September 28th. We still have not received any information though I've called twice asking for updates despite being told on Sept 19th "the vet doesnt know how to take a day off." The tech was super patient and nice, but being in limbo for 9 days seems pretty excessive. Would not recommend. Edit: I gave a 2 star review and conveniently they called within 2 hours with another vet to give results. So dropping to 1 star because I shouldn't have to give negative feedback to get results and I will not be coming back with any of my animals.

  First Time visit was the best. I really appreciate the staff and the doctors looking over my dog Prince. I’m glad that they were able to help me take care of his eye and his skin irritation. I really appreciate the doctors and stuff. Well great customer service skills. I definitely recommend someone coming to this beautiful place. Thank you.

  I had a wonderful experience at VCA Jones clinic! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, caring, and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain everything. The staff gave me the peace of mind I needed.

  Dr Yonkers has such a lovely bedside manner and is incredibly patient with our very nervous pup. She is always kind, compassionate and thorough, and takes the time to make him feel as comfortable as possible while also explaining everything clearly to us. It’s obvious how much she genuinely cares about the animals she treats. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful, caring vet and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their baby.
