  Absolutely awful experience. I drove all the way there after working a 14-hour day because my cat needed medical attention for an eye problem. I called multiple times beforehand and nobody answered the phone, the clinic closes at 7 PM. I arrived about 10 minutes before 6 PM only to be told they were no longer accepting new patients. No warning, no communication, no answering the phone, nothing. People are driving across Houston with sick pets, wasting time, fuel, and energy just to be turned away at the door.

  Been coming to this place for over a decade now. Love all the vets, but I choose to see Dr. Albers most. They do great work here.

  Took care of my puppy that I am caring for as 2 owners have passed away leaving him. Poor baby had no fault in any of his care, but he needed shots, ill visit, antibiotics, and lots of love. We have been working for several months to care for him to make sure he could get healthy again on a limited budget. We all know we want to take our furry friends to the doctor, but scared about cost. VCA Ashford, staff and Dr. Montoya, took amazing care with him. All 84 lbs and big sharp teeth he came home happier and healthier. We knew nothing about the him other than he is a German shepherd with lots going on. Now we can say we know him inside & out as their CARE program helped us get shots, visit, blood work and xray, so we could know him and help him. This is amazing that it makes it possible I could care for him and give Baby a fighting chance. Thanks everyone

  Hola, les escribo porque ayer llamé a preguntar el costo del procedimiento de eutanasia, nos dijeron que era $135 y por esa razón agendamos la cita para hoy. Cuando mi papá llegó con la mascota ya preparada para despedirnos, el precio cambió repentinamente a $350 sin previo aviso. Esto nos produjo una situación emocional muy incómoda y triste, ya que teníamos la expectativa de cerrar este proceso hoy. Mi papá es una persona mayor y debido al cambio de precio inesperado, terminó con la presión alta y se tuvo que regresar con nuestra mascota. Lo mínimo que pedimos es que se respete el precio que nos dieron originalmente o que nos den una explicación razonable de por qué no se nos informó antes. No queremos problemas, simplemente queremos que se respeten los acuerdos y que nos ayuden a despedir a nuestra mascota de la manera correcta. Lamento decir que no tienen un gota de sentimiento, simplemente les importa su economía y punto no recomiendo este lugar para nada ,
