  Not sure why it was so expensive, I paid $58 for meds and the $170+ for them to tell me my dog could use an x-ray if I wanted to for another $580 so than can look more into it. What’s the first $170 for just for convenience

  We had to bring our puppy in for an emergency visit after he got into an ant pile and was bitten multiple times on his face. We had a really good experience from start to finish. The person at the front desk was helpful, the vet tech was great, and the doctor was kind and thorough. Everyone made us feel like my puppy was in good hands and took great care of him. We really appreciate the entire team for taking such good care of our boy during a stressful situation.

  This place is the worst do not go here if you ever have any problems stay far far away I took a cat who was in great need of assistance and they wouldn’t help him before we payed a 170$ fee then asked for more in case they had to preform cpr they next suggested to just put him down for a 75$ fee after the initial 170$ fee just before they would even try saving him they then kicked us out for not being able to pay the fee upfront in that moment cause I didn’t have my wallet he later passed away rushing to another vet where they didn’t charge us a single dime for life saving measures and even gave us pawprints and a nice bag to store him in for a burial for no charge stay away from this heartless careless money grab they do not deserve to work with the sweet love of our animals

  If I could give this place a zero I would!! I called this emergency vet told them what was wrong with my dog. The lady I talked to said they closed at 8 o’clock. I said I could probably be there at 7:30. And she told me that would be fine as well long as I was there before eight. We got there at 7:30 rang the bell nobody answered so I called the number Answered said the vet was just leaving Informed her that I had already called and the person that I talked to said if I could get there by 7:30 I could be seen I live 30 minutes from there and she informed me that the vet would be leaving and nobody could see me If you have hours on your door, and they say you’re open until eight You should be open till eight. If you’re not going to see somebody when they get there at 7:30 because you may not be done seeing them before eight then maybe you should close your doors earlier or put a thing on your door that says we do not except pets after 7:30!!! But the main thing is, don’t tell somebody on the phone that if they can get there by 7:30, you can see their dog!

  NO VALLAN A ESTE LUGAR, Solo te quiere sacar dinero y no se preocupan por curar a tu mascota. Fue un horror la experiencia, la “veterinaria” parecía estar tomada o drogada, actuaba muy mal, y mi perrita salió peor de allí. Por favor no cometan el error que yo cometí al ir allí, no tiene amor,!!!!
