  I can’t leave a positive or negative review just that I think this place cash grabs. My boxer was gulping and having tremors which she has and been diagnosed as non threating. we took her here at 2 am they thought her stomach flipped and that it’s extremely deadly which it is. They xrayed and confirmed that it didn’t and she had gas. They said she had to stay there for observation. Came back around 8am they said the same thing. I ask if she had grd or what ever it’s called they said no. I ask why do they have to keep her. They said for her safety naturally our dog is priority. 12 hours later I demanded our dog back as she looked fine. They gave our dog back and came with a $6000 bill. All because she just needed to fart. They are super friendly and nice just seemed a little crazy to have A 6k bill for an iv and scans.

  Im very disappointed since my baby died last Saturday I took her there because I didn’t have no choice since it was the only place at the moment and my husband called explaining to them my dog’s condition so we went but i do regret it so bad , many things happened there they were asking many things if I can’t be able to pay in cash to apply for a credit card without knowing what’s wrong with my dog but i waited. The lady gave me the statement how much was everything with all her medication so I asked if the medication had any side effects she said no , you can take her home and she might be able to get better but she said you dog can’t last l long enough because she has cancer , when my dog received the medication she collapsed almost right after that and she couldn’t make it she died couple of minutes later I feel my world was ending I don’t know what is next without my dog she was not only a dog she was part of my family now I miss her so bad but is late now . Please don’t sign papers, first ask many questions you want also don’t apply for a credit card either I didn’t do it even they said you can apply up to 2000 you never know you might need all that just in case, but i told them I will if I needed but i want to know first what’s wrong with my dog so I didn’t apply. Please be careful i walk in with my baby dog but I didn’t walk out with her it’s so sad my situation since i had her for almost 11 years 🥲🥲🥲

  They do not care about anything but money. Only go here if its your absolute last resort. I took a near death stray here and they wanted nearly 600 dollars to end its misery. If you can make it to SPCA on the north side of town go there. They care and will help as much as they can. I ended up going there and making a 200 dollar donation. VCA shame on you.. SHAME ON YOU!!!

  We got a puppy from some1was giving away & she was fine until we noticed she was pooping or throwing up brownish red wasn't sure what it was until my friend Lyndsay came over & noticed it 3 & she said it was parvo we named her babygirl not sure how old she was but she was 2far gone so we put her down & my friends helped me cremate her i still never got her ashes not sure how either

  This place does not even deserve half a star. We unfortunately had to put our 15 year old Sammie to sleep yesterday and Dr. Martinez has left us with a sour memory. First off, he had little to no empathy for our situation. He was very short and came off cold. When it came time for him to do the injection, he told me to hold her head since she will start to go down but before I could hold her he started the injection and her head hit the table!!! Do you know how horrible that is to see and have as a final memory???? I am devastated this how I will remember Sammie's last moments. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
