I had a fantastic experience with the staff when I brought in my Technics SL-1500C turntable for help after purchasing it elsewhere. They took the time to properly balance the tonearm, make sure everything was set up correctly, and prepare the turntable so I could use it with confidence. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. What impressed me most was that they gave me this level of attention even though I had not purchased the turntable from them. That says a lot about their customer service and their commitment to helping people enjoy their audio equipment properly. Excellent service, excellent staff, and exactly the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended.

This is a store, a school, and a museum for people who love music. If you are a professional in the high-end audio industry and equipment, this is your place. But also, if you are like me, a young soul in this industry, this is a place for you too. You can feel the harmony and the amount of love they have put into this place just by opening the door. Once you start looking at the equipment, you fall in love with all the possibilities you have to grow in this world. Michael was just excellent. He answered every question I had with an incredible background of history, technical knowledge, and true understanding, and that is something that nowadays is priceless. Please do yourself a favor and come visit this store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mike helped me decide on and source some new and used pieces for upgrading my Linn LP 12. This turn table is a key piece in my listening pleasure and is coming out of 20 year storage. Heading from Austin to have Timbre do all this specialized work. Excellent customer relations and such nice people. Cheers

Timbre is where I've gone for years when I need audio advice and/or new gear. Mike and Nick understand that, in the end, it's about the music, not how fancy looking the gear is. (Their recommendations for listening are also typically noteworthy - Timbre is a good place to hang out for sound, and music!)
