Luis is an outstanding Cricket representative who truly knows how to take care of his customers. His professionalism, patience, and dedication make him stand out. He goes above and beyond to find solutions, explain everything clearly, and make sure people feel valued. Luis brings great energy, respect, and a level of service that is hard to find. If you need someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping people, Luis is the person you want to work with. Highly recommended!

The service at this store is terrible. I went to pay my phone bill yesterday and waited 15 minutes, but the guy never had time to help me—even though he only had one other customer. I’ve decided to switch providers.
