  Alex did what he said he was going to do how he was gonna do it. and when he was gonna do it. Pleased with the results today, as well as in the past, since I switched back to Cricket here at the location on Scarsdale and Beamer. Had my mother transfer from another provider to cricket , very pleased

  Very shady practice, this place deserved NEGATIVE STAR REVIEWS. They took our phone for diagnostic, and when we decided not going forward with the repair, they refused to return the phone and held on to it for like 5 days, and lied to our face of where they kept our phone despite the fact that we said we were willing to make a trip to get the phone at whatever location, we had to call Houston police involvee as well, Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, very very shady, extremely rude, and full of lies.
