  Went in this morning and I was having a rough start to my day with a broken phone, etc. A young man (employee or manager?)by the name of Abdullah was so quick, professional and efficient. He helped me get a new phone, the best deal and helped me transfer my info over seamlessly. He truly is an asset to your organization and you are lucky to have him. He literally turned my day around and helped me out even though I was grumpy at first lol due to my own frustrations. Thanks Abdullah and Cricket! Make sure he is compensated for his great customer service and professionalism:)
