  Waste of time at this location. The young lady was more concerned with texting her friend than selling me a new iPhone. Practically no inventory on sight.

  Terrible! Lied to me about them no longer making a certain phone any more and that they no longer had it, after I was just in the store looking at it the day before. No one buys flip phones anymore, what are the odds. Anyways, I got charged an upgrade fee and decided to take it back for the full refund I was told I would get if I didn't want the phone within 7 days. Well the next time I went in to trade the phones, the original sales rep was there and guess what, FOUND THE PHONE that the other lady claimed they didn't have and no longer made. He said they just received a shipment in. Very strange to receive a shipment right after being told they were no longer making/receiving these phones. So I got the ORIGINAL duplicate of my phone, no upgrade at all, and they still will not refund me the upgrade charge they made to my account, FOR THE SAME EXACT PHONE I REPLACED WHICH IS NO UPGRADE!
