  If I could leave 0 starts I would. Had the worst experience yesterday. Going to file a claim and report to Better Business Bureau department because I was charged extra for screen protectors that I did not want nor ask for. I specifically told him I could order from Amazon! He charged 43.34 for each screen protector. Told him a couple times at that! That's not all On top of that the guy Jose put insurance on my devices without asking me if I wanted Insurance added on my phones! Please always ask and check your receipts because he wasn't even offering my receipt. I grabbed it when he went to the back. Honestly very disappointed in the whole transaction. He tried explaining the whole charge but it was utter BS. I wasn't going to sit there and argue with him when I had my children waiting for me. Called to see if problem could be resolved and no answer. Will be reporting.

  Had a negative experience the first time coming into Criket wireless, regarles I was able to get help and the manager personally went out of his way to make sure the situation was settled I have appreciated the help I have received and the support on making the situation right thank you
