I am requesting to speak with the manager regarding an incident that occurred at your store today. We pay good money for our phone service and came into the store simply trying to make a payment, yet the way your clerk treated us was extremely rude and disrespectful. I felt that her treatment toward us was racially discriminatory, and I am not okay with that. What makes the situation even more upsetting is that she eventually acknowledged that what she did was wrong, but she never apologized or took any accountability for how she treated us. My husband is also a veteran, and regardless of who we are, we deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism when we come into your establishment. I am extremely upset about what happened, and I want this complaint taken seriously. I am requesting that a manager or someone in upper management reach back out to me as soon as possible so I can formally discuss what happened and have this addressed appropriately. I will not be letting this go. I expect someone in management to contact me regarding this incident.

Today was an extremely stressful day for me . Trying to pay for a replacement with no access to cards or cash . Then also having to pay for activation was extremely stressful. On top of all that I could not remember my pin to activate the device.Muhammad Sano was EXTREMELY helpful with not only the activation, but he also assisted with FINALLY calming my nerves and being able to breathe during such a stressful situation. He is extremely welcoming and calm with THE BEST customer service. I’m so glad I made this cricket my choice today , and I will be back
