  Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of professionalism from the employee who was working today at around 11:15 a.m. I went into the store to ask about some phones and mentioned that I was looking for a smaller one, referring to the screen size. She laughed and simply said, "No." I told her I understood that my question might sound unusual, but every family has different needs. In my case, the phone was for my young daughters. She then said she wasn't laughing at me, but at text messages on her phone. I told her that I thought it was unprofessional to be looking at personal messages and laughing while helping a customer who was interested in making a purchase. At that point, I told her I would come back later when someone else was working and asked what time another employee would be there. She said she couldn't tell me. I asked how I was supposed to know when to come back, and she replied that she didn't know because she got off work at 2:30 p.m. and didn't know who would be working after her. I then politely asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. Instead, she told me that if I didn't leave the store immediately, she would call the police. I was shocked by her reaction because I was never rude or aggressive—I simply asked for her name. I was with my two young daughters, and they became frightened by the way she reacted. They left the store scared. Because of her rude and disrespectful attitude, I didn't even ask to speak with the manager or ask any further questions, as her behavior had already made it clear that the conversation would not be productive. I have always had great experiences at this store until today. This was not the level of customer service I expected, and I hope management addresses this situation because this is not how customers should be treated.

  vanessa was awesome today! kuddos for her, she was really helpful and also recommended the screen glass for my new phone she showed empathy and she was super friendly! keep it up vanessa!
