  I paid my bill, which was due on the 19th, Cricket suspended my service next day for none payment called customer care, waited on the phone 30 mins before someone answered, spoke with Mohammed, long story short was no help except to have me reset the mobile network, now I can't even connect to wifi, he told me he would call me back in 30mins, that was Aug. 20th I'm still waiting on that call and a second one after speaking with him a second time...long story short went to the Cricket store, Cherish was the most helpful person in the Cricket network...... oh yeah called the corporate number, the mailbox wasn't set up, that's the only option it had...SMH VERY POOR PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

  Cherish was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. My daughter had broken her phone and needed to switch services, and Cherish took the time to help us find a phone plan that fit our needs perfectly. We never felt rushed, even though it was a holiday. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. Thank you, Cherish, for the excellent customer service!
