  Over all great experience. Didn't have the phone I wanted but lady informed me that they could do free shipping to my house and I found the phone I was looking for. She was very informative and her customer service skills are above and beyond excellent.

  I was about to be done with cricket all together y'all. I've been struggling now for the past couple months trying to get all my stuff from my old phone transferred to my new phone. It has been such a headache. And for some reason the last two Cricket stores acted like it was everyone's first day and they had no clue what they were doing. At the first store the lady told me it couldn't be done due to the phones. The second store he was only able to transfer 10% of my stuff which was not going to work. I said I was gonna try one more time and stopped in at this Cricket store where a lady named Cherish helped me. She kindly transferred all my pictures and contacts and everything else over to my new phone without any problems. You are a true lifesaver Cherish!!

  Cherish is the most informative cricket employee I have ever encountered. She ALWAYS knows the promotions. She will go out of her way to help the customers. Even if it’s not her problem. I will only go to Cherish for any of my cell phone needs

  Had service with Xfinity. Every month my bill kept getting higher and higher. I stopped by the cricket store and was greeted by Cherish. She asked me to have a seat and started talking to me bout the promotions cricket offered. I didn’t have a lot of money so she explained to me about the financing thru progressive. Long story short I got 2 new phones fully loaded and my two numbers switched to cricket. I’m also coming back in September to add a tablet to my account for my daughter’s birthday. Thanks cherish. U are a true gem.
