  Show up wanting a fancy camera and ready to spend big $$. Had saved up for it. Looked online and the website says they have 2. Came over. Efrain spoke to me drinking his soda and eating his M&Ms. None could be found. He wanted to sell me the extended package which has a tripod and extra battery. Those are $60 online but the package is $110 more. I said no. I went down to the second level camera and asked to see that. Even though the website says there is one in store, they could find none. I don’t think it’s that hard to have an up to date website. Shawna the manager came and brought attitude. I should have ordered it online. For that I can go to Amazon and have it delivered tomorrow at my door. She told me I have to move and not stand at her worker station. Bye! Fixes- make sure ur website is up to date. That means take accurate inventory. It’s fine to have personnel take breaks we are all human. But chomping down in front of customers is a basic disrespect. And if u really want to be helpful, call around to neighboring stores and see where I can actually pick one up. Or lose yet another customer to Amazon!

  I needed to replace phone charger cord for car. The ATT reps, Cole & Evelyn were terrific. They were there for wireless sales, however they patiently took time to talk with me to help resolve my issue. Knowledge/Professional. Thank you both. Video TV sales guys were also helpful with getting me a Optical Cable, and answering questions. Overall good Best Buy experience today.

  I purchased a “warranty” for a Nintendo Switch game from Best Buy expecting that if the game didn’t work, it would be replaced. When I went back to use it, I was told the item had to go through a repair/inspection process first before any replacement would be considered. This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. Calling it a “warranty” creates the expectation of a simple replacement, but in reality it’s a time-consuming repair plan. That difference matters, and it should be made clear before customers spend their money. I feel this was misleading and not transparent. If I had known it was a repair-first process, I would not have purchased the plan.

  I had a great experience shopping at Best Buy. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of products. It was easy to find what I needed, and everything was clearly displayed. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me choose the right product without any pressure. The checkout process was smooth and quick as well. Overall, a very convenient and reliable place to shop for electronics. I would definitely recommend Best Buy and will continue shopping there in the future.
