JL Audio had ceased support for my expensive subwoofers which needed capacitor replacements. They charged me $1000 for an identical unit repair (plus shipping). After another (different identical unit) failure, I was left with few options. Bammel did the same job locally for $500. Unfortunately we ran into some issues after that rendering the unit inoperable. It would have been easy for Bammel to walk away from it, but to their credit, they kept working the issue and eventually got a fix. I think this is a company that genuinely enjoys the work and helping customers. I recommend them (and a bit of patience with repairs).

The power cord was badly frayed, and the pots were in desperate need of cleaning. Bammel restored the amp quickly, and had her sounding great! They kept me in the loop as far as repair time and general costs. All while being friendly and professional. I highly recommend this store!
