- KGKeshia GuillorySep 26, 20261.0I was greeted by staff and shifted to the back. Only to be led to another table. Knowing that they generally are aware of what was the issue with my product, an associate asked me again. Then he checked under my settings and told me that only under 79% will I be able to successfully exchange my product with 0 down. I made a blank trip which all of this could’ve been explained over the phone. I do believe that Tmobile and Apple need to converse and not mislead customers thinking it’s just an easy fix. I should have known better. Especially when it comes to insurance. And by the way, the tech associate was kind of passive aggressive towards helping me. I don’t appreciate it.

I went to purchase the iPhone 18 on the release date and everyone who attended me was super nice, friendly and patient. Today I went to exchange my phone as there was a tiny manufactured scratch on my screen, Jordan attended me and was understanding of my situation. Although we couldn’t solve my problem due to the phone color being out of stock, he managed to find multiple solutions for me and guided me through the processes.

She explained the Apple care and even suggested I get a business account so that I maintain updated technology for my business. Whenever I come back to buy my first MacBook , I will personally be asking for Chanel. It’s refreshing when young professionals are attentive to their customers and show that they care. It goes a long way. Keep up the great work Chanel and Apple is extremely lucky to have you on their team!
