  I want to share my experience so others can be aware. We went to replace our phone, and because of poor guidance from the employee..who seemed to be in a hurry since the store was about to close we ended up losing our WhatsApp work backup containing more than three years of important information. At no point did anyone clearly explain the risk of losing our data or make sure that the backup was secure before moving forward with the process. A mistake like this has a huge impact when it involves work-related information. I expected a much more professional level of service from an Apple Store. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location due to the lack of care and attention given to customers.

  Sent my niece into the store for the third time to get her New iPhone replaced because of habitual issues because it no longer would take a charge. This man claiming to be the Regional Director was demeaning and rude to her. She then called me into the store crying and asked me to fill out some paperwork to get the phone sent in instead of replaced. I went over to him nicely and before I could say anythig fearing I would confront him on his behavior went to the security guard and got me kicked out I recorded it we are now getting a refund from Apple and moving to Samsung.

  Realmente no soy de. Calificar los lugares de forma mala pero todas el tiempo q e ido a esta tienda no me atienden bien por no saber inglés solo hay una persona q si nos atiende bien el no habla mucho español pero siempre nos atiende pero todos los demás q se acerca y le preguntamos en español nos hacen mala cara me siento descriminada por no saber el idioma en la tienda debería de haber un letrero q diga si no hablas inglés no eres bienvenido para ya saber q no podemos entrar realmente estoy bien molesta por q uno va a comprar no a rrobar

  We came in for phone issues where the phone refuses to charge, calls don't go through either way, and there is strange data issues that is not related to our internet carrier. The first lady was very nice and helpful in getting us started on why we're in the store. But once we finally sat down and had someone actually talk to us about the issues where we could see about a refund or replacement (both things that store apparently doesn't even provide), the supposed senior manager and other manager were extremely rude and condescending, changing up our verbiage to soften the issues and got upset when we corrected them, and acting like they didn't understand us, including over stupid things such as when we said "password" instead of "passcode". We tried to talk to the senior manager again to clarify the issues and situation and he immediately kicked us out via the in-store officer before we got a word in. We went half an hour out of the way to be lied to, experience appallingly bad customer service, and a lack of basic social decency.

  I am experiencing serious issues with my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Multiple troubleshooting attempts have been made, yet the problem still persists. The device is under warranty, but Apple has not replaced it. Instead, I keep being offered temporary settings adjustments while I continue losing time, money, and even customers because of these ongoing problems. What is most frustrating is that I am fully invested in the Apple ecosystem, so switching to Android would mean replacing all of my devices. I have always trusted Apple, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope Apple takes responsibility and provides a permanent solution, including replacing the device if necessary. I don’t know if I am the only customer experiencing these issues with the iPhone 17 Pro Max, but this is certainly not the premium experience I expected from Apple.
