  I had a great experience at the Apple Store Houston Galleria, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Philip. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on ensuring I had a smooth shopping experience. The store itself has everything you would expect from an Apple flagship location and is very well situated within the luxury environment of The Galleria. Beyond the excellent customer service and attention to detail, I particularly appreciated Philip's initiative in explaining how to claim a tax refund at the appropriate kiosk since I live outside the United States. That extra level of assistance went above and beyond my expectations and made a real difference. My only advice for first-time visitors has nothing to do with the store itself: plan where you park. Since it was my first visit to The Galleria, I chose a parking area that ended up being quite far away, and I had to walk across much of the mall to reach the store. Overall, an excellent shopping experience, outstanding customer service, and a great example of the customer-focused approach that Apple is known for. Highly recommended

  Absolutely pathetic experience at the store. Lack of staff to assist you swiftly. Visited the store to get the pick up confirmation receipt of my iphones for Tax rebate. Initially theyhhg refused to generate and after several attempts the pick up confirmation receipt was generated. When I told the store manager Bianca that this is not sufficient for getting a Tax discount she was unable to assist me and persistently told that this is all we can provide. After I had picked up the order I hadn't received a mail confirming that all items have been picked up. When I enquired about it, Bianca told me she wont be able to provide the same. The other lady at the storefront working under the iphone section later provided us with the required stamp for Tax rebate. Apparently the manager of the store was not even aware that they need to stamp the confirmation receipt for the people who are claiming Tax Reabte. This is not acceptable from a store like apple. The store really need improvement in their management system and training of the staff especially at an escalated level

  I visited the store to trade in my phone. They asked me to wait for 20–30 minutes. After waiting, an employee finally came and started helping me. In the middle of the process, another employee pointed to another customer and asked him to leave me and assist that customer instead. I was very disappointed with the service and felt that my time was not respected.

  Really good experience at the Apple Store in Houston Galleria. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful. I had a few questions about the trade-in program and also needed help with an issue with my AirPods, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and help me out. The whole visit was smooth and easy, and I appreciated the service. Definitely a good place to go if you need help with Apple products.
