  The Apple Store at Houston Galleria is beautiful. The store looks modern, elegant, and very well organized. Everything feels clean, bright, and carefully designed, which makes the shopping experience really pleasant. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere feels premium and welcoming. It is definitely one of the nicest Apple Stores I have visited in Houston.

  I was extremely disappointed with my visit to the Apple Store in the Houston Galleria. Upon entering, I was not greeted or offered assistance, leaving me to wander around the store in search of help. Eventually, I had to approach an employee to make a purchase. The woman at the front, who was wearing red sneakers, gave me a condescending look and an unpleasant attitude. She simply said she would find someone to assist me and continued chatting with her coworker, completely ignoring my presence. This lack of service and respect was unacceptable. I expected much better from Apple, especially in such a prominent location.

  Horrible experience, staff will look at you and see that no one is actively attending to you and still move on to the next person and in my opinion of what I saw a pattern of they did not really attend to any colored people and as a colored girl I waited there for a long time asked someone for help and they still proceeded to attend to the lady that just walked in after I’d been there for a few minutes and because I was holding a charger block she said “Oh I thought you were buying just the block” I had come in to get a charging block, AirPods and an Apple Watch. Horrible experience

  Worst apple store ever. The staff with the exception of very few people is a disaster. If they find out that you are in store for help that takes longer than 5 mins they’ll tell you “oh ill send someone” and that someone never comes. They even start avoiding you as if you are not there. Waited for more than 1 hour just for someone to tell me that you have to do this online even though the initial tech support guy told me to wait by the seat and someone will help you out.

  I visited the store to pick up a phone charger order I placed online. The employee helping me decided to make fun of the phone I used since it’s an older model. I told him I’d upgrade when Apple provides charging cable, brick, and headphones again. Shoot, even $150 AirPods don’t come with a charger. I get that the employees don’t have control on any of that, but to shame a customer into upgrading is crazy. Pretty pretentious for someone who works at the mall.
